
Morgan Stanley acquires 16% stake in Agora
Morgan Stanley Infrastructure and Finanziaria Internazionale have signed an agreement to acquire a 16.4% stake in Agora Investimenti.
The remaining stake will be owned by Finanziaria (50.1%) and Assicurazioni Generali (33.5%), while Finanziaria and Morgan Stanley will enter into a shareholders' agreement. Agora controls a 38.9% stake in Aeroporto di Venezia Marco Polo, a listed company with a market capitalisation of EUR612m.
