Carlyle's Comdata bolts on Overtop
Carlyle-backed business process outsourcing service Comdata has acquired Spanish contact centre operator Overtop Projects.
Comdata fully acquired the Spanish group through its Digitex division, with the transaction intended to increase its presence in the Spanish market.
