Sici purchases €4m stake in Copro Vigili Giurati

Sici has invested via its Fondo Rilancio e Sviluppo fund, alongside Firenze-based family office Next Holding. The equity-debt ticket includes a convertible loan.

As part of the deal, the founding Berni-Gamberini family has acquired a controlling stake in the business.

Quadrivio Capital and Tenax Capital provided a €17m senior bond facility, which was listed in Vienna, to support the transaction. The secured note has a five-year lifespan and an amortising structure.

The deal is the first investment by Quadrivio Private Debt after its €120m first close in December 2016. The vehicle has a target of €250m.
