Oaktree-backed NL Holding buys ProCrea, Archimed, Imer

NL Holding was backed by Oaktree in Q4 2017 and announced at the time its objective of expanding internationally.
The MBO of 2017, valued at around €200m, saw Oaktree acquire a minority stake alongside management and private investors, a source close to the deal confirmed.
The previous year, management and private investors injected €60-80m in NL Holding, Unquote understands.

NL Holding aims to build a European network of clinics that focus on reproductive medicine. More acquisitions are planned for 2018, and an additional €45-60m could be invested in the company later on in the year, a spokesperson for NL Holding disclosed.
