Aurica Capital invests in Winche
Aurica Capital, the private equity arm of Banco Sabadell, has backed Winche Redes Comerciales, a Spanish outsourcing company.
Unquote understands that Aurica acquired a 40% stake in the business from the company’s founder and president Javier Sherk.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand further in Spain and in the rest of Europe and consolidate its market position.
The GP deployed capital from its Aurica III fund, which held a €140m second close in April 2017. The vehicle has recently invested in Spanish restaurants manager Grupo Larrumba and last year backed colour additives producer Delta Tecnic and mattress manufacturer Flex.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Barcelona, Winche specialises in sales outsourcing, audit, consultancy and commercial campaigns.
