Inveready leads €1.3m series-B for Odilo
Spanish software company Odilo has raised a €1.3m series-B round from Inveready Technology Investment Group.
The fresh capital will bolster the company's international expansion through Europe and Asia, as well as its line of content-as-a-service (CaaS) business, unquote" understands.
Spanish venture capital firm Inveready currently manages five investment vehicles. The GP focuses on early-stage companies operating in the consumer, healthcare and technology sectors, and targets minority-stake investments in the €1-4m range.
Previous funding
Inveready joined the previous investor Active Venture Partners, which led Odilo's €2.2m series-A round in September 2014.

Established in 2011, Odilo is headquartered in Madrid and has offices in Cartagena, Miami, Mexico City and New York. The company provides a platform for digital content management that allows large groups of users to access content on demand, such as e-books, audio and video, through a pay-per-consumption model. The business operates in the Spanish-speaking market, supporting clients including the national e-book libraries of Spain (eBiblio) and Chile, as well as the Cervantes Institute.
