Dujass Film di Roma (Italy) - Jan 2008

In its second investment, In-Prendo has backed Italian film distributor Dujass Film in an expansion deal valued at €500,000 where the backers have taken a 20% stake in the company. The deal took nine months to complete.

Rome-based Dujass film is a film distributor founded in 2005 by Marco Ambrosino and Veronica Salvi. The company specializes in the production and distribution of 3D animated films. In 2007, the company reported a turnover of €1.6m with an EBITDA of €100,000. It expects sales of €2m in 2008. The investment will serve as a capital injection destined for the production of new films. Giovanni Sartoretti of In-Prendo will join the board as part of the business development plan. The backers expect to exit the company through a sell back to the founders and original owners.
