Diana Capital buys 40% of Gocco
Spanish GP Diana Capital has acquired a 40% stake in children’s clothing company Gocco.
The transaction is the first completed via the GP's latest fund, which held a first close on €100m in 2011 and was one of the first to receive the backing of government-backed fund-of-funds Fondo ICO. The vehicle is expected to back a further three companies this year.
Under Diana's ownership, the company intends to consolidate its presence in the Spanish market and boost its international expansion plans. The GP will also focus on strengthening the company's financials.
