Fondo Italiano invests in Gruppo La Patria
Fondo Italiano di Investimento and PM & Partners have made an equity investment in security services provider Gruppo La Patria.
The investment will support organic and acquisitive growth in the security services market.

Based in Bologna, Italy, Gruppo La Patria provides security services and technology to households and businesses. The company has grown through acquisitions since its foundation by the Colli family in 1950. Gruppo La Patria employs around 260 people and generates a turnover of €24m.

Gabriele Cappellini is CEO of Fondo Italiano. Roberto Colli is a majority shareholder and president of Gruppo La Patria.
