Inveready launches second tech fund
Spanish investor Inveready has launched its second technology fund, Inveready Fund II, with a target of €15-20m.
The vehicle will make investments in the information, communications and technology sector.
Inveready also manages its original tech fund Inveready First Capital I, seed fund Inveready Seed Capital, biotech vehicle Inveready Biotech II and Inveready Venture Finance Fund, launched in 2012.
The investor has completed three divestments this year: Indisys, Softonic and Password Bank.

The investor aims to raise 30-40% of capital from public bodies, with remaining commitments contributed by previous backers. Investors in its previous technology fund included Caixa Laietana and several family offices.
Investments
The vehicle will back around 35 companies, with a maximum of 10 investments per year.
