Spanish GP Suma Capital has invested in Finesse, a Spain-based company providing retrofit heating and water supply systems designed to increase efficiency.
The transaction is the third to be made from Suma's €20m Energy Efficiency Fund I.
The GP stated the retrofit systems were suitable for implementation across numerous condominiums in Spain.
Founded in 2014 and based in Avilá, in the Castilla y Leon Province, Finesse is a provider of systems designed to improve the energy efficiency in large buildings, in particular their heating systems.
