
Cofides supports Agrovin with €3m
Cofides has injected €3m into Agrovin, a Spanish manufacturer and distributor of wine products.
Cofides is a public-private company that backs firms in a foreign country where there is a Spanish interest, or those with plans for international projects.
The fresh capital was injected through the Fund for Overseas Investments of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (FONPYME), managed by Cofides for the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
The investment will support the construction of a distillery in Romania.

Founded in 1960 and based in Ciudad Real, Agrovin manufactures, processes, distributes and markets a range of products within the wine industry. The firm's products range from raw materials to industrial machinery. Agrovin also provides solutions, services and equipment to the wine industry alongside other sectors including beer, oil and mineral water.
The company has offices across Spain, in France and Romania and is operational in Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, South Africa, Bulgaria and China.
