
Inveready leads €1m round for Sweetspot
Spanish venture capital investors Inveready and Cube Investments have led a €1m round for Sweetspot Intelligence, a marketing analytics platform.
The fundraising includes equity and public loans.
The company will use the fresh capital to focus on expansion in emerging markets.
Company
Founded in 2012 and based in Madrid, Sweetspot is a cloud-based analytics platform for marketing departments. The product collates data from multiple sources and includes a workflow system to enable group decision-making and collective viewing of business metrics.
Sweetspot has 15 customers including Procter & Gamble, Philips and Volkswagen. It is expected to generate turnover in excess of €800,000 in 2013. The firm employs fewer than 50 members of staff.
