Comecer acquires Brita Trade
Fondo Italiano portfolio company Comecer has acquired Brita Trade, a Czech glass processing firm.
The acquisition is Comecer's second since the €7.5m investment made by Fondo Italiano in March 2011, following the purchase of Dutch nuclear medicine technology and software firm Veenstra Instruments in April.
The acquisition expands Comecer's processing capabilities in nuclear medicine.
