Möbius Corporate Venture Capital has invested €750,000 in Tecnotank Hidrocarburos. The deal was carried out via INICAP I, a fund managed by the venture firm and promoted by the community of Madrid. The vehicle is aimed at supporting the local business sector; it targets early-stage SME business projects in underrepresented sectors based in the Madrid area.

Tecnotank Hidrocarburos is a company specialising in the design, installation, legalisation, repair and maintenance of hydrocarbons-related facilities and related services. It is currently oriented towards the conversion of simple to double-walled tanks to meet new norms. The purpose has enabled the development of innovative internal systems. These systems offer competitive advantages with regards to high-level security, delay of installation and services. The company’s turnover for 2006 was approximately €230,000.
