
Epiris promotes Wood, Wilson and Gray

UK-based GP Epiris has promoted Owen Wilson and Ian Wood to investment partner, while Nicola Gray was promoted to investment director.
Wilson joined Epiris in 2013. Prior to that, he worked at Palamon Capital Partners, Candover and Bain & Company. His Epiris investments include Innovia and Retirement Bridge Group.
Ian Wood, Epiris
Wood joined Epiris in 2012 and has worked on the Elian, Hollywood Bowl and Audiotonix investments. Before joining the firm, he worked at GCP Capital and Silverfleet Capital.
Nicola Gray, Epiris
Gray joined in 2014 and has been involved in investments including Allflex, Davies Group and Treetops Nurseries. She previously worked at Phoenix Equity Partners and the PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategy Group.
Epiris recently announced it has returned £1.5bn to Electra Private Equity since September 2016, an eight-month period that brings to an end its remit as investment portfolio manager for the listed LP.
