Two new partners in Weil’s private equity team

McGonigle is a senior corporate associate in Weil's London office. She specialises in public and private M&A and private equity.

Lyell is currently an associate in the corporate department of Weil Gotshal & Manges' London office. His practice focuses on private equity, both domestic and cross-border.

Both joined Weil six and a half years ago. This brings Weil's bench of London private equity partners up to six.
