Speechly promotes Crossley to partner

London-based law firm Speechly Bircham has promoted Adam Crossley to partner.
Crossley joined the firm in November 2011 to work on mid-market transactions for a number of new and existing clients, with a particular focus on buyouts and buy-ins.
In February, Crossley advised Elysian Capital on the management buyout of healthcare IT business Wellbeing Software Group. He also worked as an advisor on Risk Capital Partners' acquisition of Neilson Active Holidays from the Thomas Cook Group in 2013 - a deal believed to be worth £9.15m.
Prior to joining Speechly Bircham, Crossley was a senior associate in the private equity team at Olswang. Last summer, unquote" caught up with him to discuss the resurgence in management buy-ins (read our analysis here).
Speechly Bircham recently opened a new office in Paris, offering corporate, litigation and tax planning services.
