
Carey Olsen appoints new corporate partner

Carey Olsen, the Channel Islands law firm, has appointed Christopher Anderson as a partner in its Guernsey corporate and finance team.
Anderson has built up a significant track record within the private equity segment having advised some of the world's leading investors on fund structures, investments, divestments and regulatory issues.
He is also regarded as a specialist in the insurance and reinsurance sectors and is the only Channel Islands-based lawyer to have been recognised in recent editions of the Guide to the World's Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers.
Anderson has spent the last eight years at Channel Islands law firms after having gained experience at Clifford Chance in London and Clayton Utz in Sydney.
