People moves - Brown Rudnick hires new partner
Brown Rudnick has appointed Roger Gregory as a partner in its corporate group in London. Gregory practices in the areas of venture capital and transactional private equity.
Gregory joins the company from Nabarro, where he was head of the private equity team. He has substantial experience in the mid-market private equity sector with deal sizes up to £100m. Gregory represents institutional investors, management teams and buyout houses regarding management buyouts and buy-ins and development capital deals.
