
AAC Partners in talks with 3i over £110m deal
AAC Capital Partners is in talks about the potential acquisition of 3i portfolio company NSL Services, according to reports.
AAC Capital Partners is the preferred bidder for the company, which manages traffic wardens. It is believed the deal is worth approximately £110m and is expected to be announced imminently. Barclays Private Equity has also reportedly shown an interest in the company..
The expected exit of NSL Services comes after 3i recently announced plans to sell two companies in its German portfolio, hoping to raise €1bn.
