
DC Advisory promotes trio to managing director roles

Mid-market corporate finance house DC Advisory Partners has promoted Terry Huffine (pictured), Michael Mariaz and Andrew Strudwick to managing director roles.
Previously a director in the consumer team at ABN Amro, Huffine has been promoted to managing director in the European consumer, leisure & retail team. He joined DC Advisory in April 2012.
Huffine advised Capvest Equity Partners on its recent management buyout of Nordic food and beverage business Scandza and on the secondary buyout of Cardinal Foods from CapMan in June 2013.
Strudwick has been appointed managing director in the European Financial Sponsors group. Prior to joining DC Advisory in 2012, he spent six years as an investment director at 3i, where he co-founded the private equity house's UK technology, media & telecommunications team. He has worked in an M&A and debt advisory capacity for DC Advisory and on its sponsor coverage initiative.
Mariaz joined DC Advisors in 2009 after working on Asian transactions for Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe. He works in the firm's industrials team and has advised companies including Lagardere Group, Oxford Automotive and Atis Real.
