Livingstone Partners makes three new appointments
Livingstone Partners has responded to increasing dealflow levels by adding three new corporate financiers to its London-based team.
The latest wave of recruitment follows the addition of a ten-strong M&A team in Dusseldorf during July and takes the group's total headcount to 70 staff across its four offices in London, Chicago, Madrid and Dusseldorf.
Two of the new recruits – Simon Cooper and Anant Kapoor – have joined from Ernst & Young; the former spent time in the M&A, restructuring, commercial and financial DD teams across the retail and media sectors, while Kapoor focused mainly on M&A work in the financial services sector. They are joined by Oliver Vaughan, who moves from Deloitte, where he specialised in the energy, infrastructure and utilities sectors.
