Strand relaunches as Hannam & Partners

Advisory firm Strand Partners will rebrand as Hannam & Partners, following a move to a partnership structure wholly owned by its principals.

The principals and new owners are Ian Hannam, Tim Hoare, Neil Passmore, Giles Fitzpatrick, Rupert Fane and Frederick Mocatta.

Richard Fenhalls, who founded the original firm more than 20 years ago, will continue as a senior adviser to Hannam & Partners.

The current chairman, John Manser, will continue as head of Hannam's board, alongside his position as chairman of SAB Miller.
