
ISIS Equity sells Occam DM Ltd for £12m
UK-based ISIS Equity Partners has received £12m for its sale of Occam Direct Marketing Ltd to marketing and printing services company St Ives Group.
The sale marks ISIS Equity's fifth exit since October 2009.
Occam is a Bristol-based company involved in the specification, design and implementation of databases. It employs around 80 people and has a client base that includes companies such as Eurostar, RBS and Kia Motors.
The acquisition will enable St Ives to expand its services from providing marketing and printing support towards offering data centred marketing and insight.
