
Yorkshire Bank appoints director in Corporate & Structured Finance team

Yorkshire Bank Corporate & Structured Finance has appointed Phil Tarimo as area director of new business covering the North West and Midlands.
Tarimo will focus on deal origination and transacting of corporate deals, refinancings and leveraged transactions. Yorkshire's CSF team targets companies with a turnover in excess of £50m and looking for growth capital.
Prior to joining Yorkshire Bank, Tarimo was a director at South African bank Investec; there, he was responsible for establishing a presence for the bank's Growth and Acquisition Finance arm in the north. He previously worked in senior leverage finance roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and was a founder member of Deloitte's debt advisory team in Manchester.
