
LBPE agrees to buy back more shares
Lehman Brothers Private Equity Partners has amended the liquidation enhancement agreement from July 2008 to raise the amount of shares it can buy back.
The amount of shares LBPE can repurchase has been increased from 2,710,000 to 4,065,750 shares, which represents 7.5% of the total number of shares in issue in July.
The agreement with ABN AMRO is valid until 15 April 2009. Up to the end of 2008, LBPE had bought back 3.2% of the total shares.
