
Clifford Chance appoints new London practice head
Simon Tinkler has replaced David Pearson as head of Clifford Chance's London corporate practice.
Tinkler, a lawer specialised in private equity, joined Clifford Chance in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. He will hold the post for the next four years.
Tinkler will work with Matthew Layton, the firm's London-based global head of corporate practice. Pearson, who led the London team for two terms, will focus on corporate finance and M&A work.
