
Lloyds appoints Jeremy Perl as deal director
Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets acquisition finance has appointed Jeremy Perl as deal director - to focus on structuring leveraged debt facilities for the mid-market.
Perl joins the London-based mid-market team reporting to Ian Sale. He has been brought in from Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets Growth Finance, where he originated and structured debt packages for early-stage and turnaround businesses.
Perl has over 18 years of experience at Lloyds Banking Group, having also previously worked in Lloyds' Loan Syndications, Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets divisions.
