NB Private Equity lists on SFM

Euronext-listed NB Private Equity Partners (formerly Lehman Brothers Private Equity) has announced the admission of its class A ordinary shares to the Specialist Fund Market (SFM) of the London Stock Exchange, effective 30 June.

As previously announced, the company will retain its current listing on Euronext Amsterdam and its shares will be traded on both Euronext and the SFM under "NBPE".

NB Private Equity Partners is not offering any new shares or other securities in connection with the admission.
