GE Commercial Finance acquires Five Arrows
GE Commercial Finance's business finance unit has acquired Five Arrows Commercial Finance Ltd, an asset-backed lender and factoring house. The company was bought from NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The deal will provide additional distribution capabilities and deeper penetration of the small business market to GE Commercial Finance. GE Commercial Finance will now have more than 1,000 customers in the UK and over £1bn assets under management. The business will continue to be headquartered in Reigate.
