
Azini acquires Lynx Capital
Azini Capital Partners has acquired 84.6% of Lynx Capital Ventures LP from Bear Stearns Capital Corp. Azini has also acquired Lynx Capital Ventures GP Ltd from Bear Stearns Asset Management Inc. Azini will become the new manager of the Lynx fund.
Lynx was founded in 2000 and is a EUR36m fund which holds investments in five companies: Investis, a provider of online corporate communications services; OB10, an electronic invoicing network; iForce, a provider of fulfilment and returns management solutions for retailers; Shazam, a provider of over the air/via the internet music recognition technology and Aim technology, a contact centre performance management software.
