Jenny Wheater joins Proskauer
UK tax and investment funds lawyer Jenny Wheater has joined global law firm Proskauer as a partner in London.
The new appointment aims to enhance the firm’s cross-border capabilities, bringing knowledge of fund formation, corporate transactions and employee incentive plans.
Formerly a lawyer in the tax and investment funds practices at Gibson Dunn in London, Wheater has extensive experience in UK tax law.
