Industri Kapital re-brands as IK Investment Partners
Industri Kapital has changed its name to IK Investment Partners (IK) to mark the evolution of the firm's investment and geographic focus. IK will continue its strategy of investing in mid-market companies in the Nordic region and Continental Europe in a wide range of sectors such as manufacturing, services, healthcare, food and specialised processing, as well as retail on a pan-European scale.

The buyout house currently has 13 partners and a team of over 30 investment professionals spread across its offices in Stockholm, London, Oslo, Hamburg and Paris. Its latest fund, Industri Kapital 2007, closed in October 2007 on EUR1.675bn.
