TTP Group buys back 3i stake, transfers to staff

3i-backed technology company TTP Group has bought back its backer's stake for an undisclosed sum.

TTP is a technology, product development and incubation company and is the holding vehicle for The Technology Partnership, TTP LabTech, TTP Venture Managers, Melbourn Science Park and Tonejet. Founded in 1987, the company received external equity funding in 1988.

TTP will transfer the shares to its employee share ownership plan.
