Carlyle Group ends Innovation takeover talks
British software company Innovation Group plc has confirmed that takeover talks with private equity firm Carlyle Group have been terminated.
Innovation, which provides business outsourcing services, supply chain management and technology solutions to the global insurance industry, has ceased to be in an offer period. On Tuesday, shares of the company closed at 7.20p on the London Stock Exchange.
