Penta bags GRS Group in £18m deal
Penta Capital Partners has led the management buyout of GRS Group. The total deal value was £18m which included £5.25m of receivables and acquisition finance provided by Investec Growth & Acquisition Finance.
Penta Capital was impressed by the company's proven strong leadership, positive niche focus and an attractive geographic spread across growth markets. The deal allowed the company founders to exit the business. GRS Group plans to expand further in the UK and internationally through its network.
