
Corporate finance houses face new challenges
The role of corporate finance houses is more crucial than ever in the current climate. One year ago, the question of how to sustain a competitive auction process would have been unthinkable. Now, this is top of the list. "In a number of instances, we have seen the preferred bidder dropping out of the auction process within a short time of having been granted preferred status only for other competing bidder's interest to also fall away," states Will Rosen, partner at DLA Piper.
