Valence Group appoints new vice president

Based in London, Snyder will be responsible for advising the firm's clients on corporate transactions. He joins from Merrill Lynch & Co where he was vice president in the Global Industries Group for the past four years. Snyder previously worked at Jeffrey Williams & Co, Industry Corporate Finance Ltd and ING Barings LLC.
