
BGF appoints north-UK talent network manager

Business Growth Fund (BGF) has appointed Victoria Robson as talent network manager in its Leeds office.
Robson will be responsible for developing the firm's network of business contacts within northern Britain, in regions including Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England.
Robson leaves her position as director at Directorbank, which she joined in 2001. While with the recruitment company she was responsible for sourcing executive and non-executive board directors for clients including venture capital funds and private equity firms.
Prior to joining Directorbank, Robson spent two years working for estate agent DTZ, having graduated from Leicester University with a degree in history.
BGF's northern UK team most recently invested £2.5m in Rotherham-based interiors subcontractor Horbury Group.
