
Maven backs £6m buyout of XPD8
Maven Capital Partners has backed the management buyout of UK-based software technology vendor, XPD8 Solutions.
Maven invested about £2m, with the total deal value estimated to be in excess of £6m.
XPD8 offers asset management and data integrity management software - and has a number of blue chip clients including BG Group, ConocoPhillips, Apache, BP, Nexen and Petro-Canada.
