
Horwath Clark Whitehill adds to its corporate team
Horwath Clark Whitehill has appointed four new partners to its corporate team.
Fiona Hotston Moore, Helen Clarke, Robin Stevens and Stephen Bullock bring years of experience in accountancy, auditing and business advisory.
Hotston Moore will join the company as an audit partner. She has experience in accounting, media, telecommunications and technology.
Clarke will add her experience in the media sector to the company's media division. She will also work at HCW's entrepreneurial business department.
Stevens will join as a corporate finance partner with experience in corporate consulting, management buyouts, capital reconstruction and valuations. He has also advised on IPOs in the UK and abroad.
Bullock brings experience in advising and reporting on public company deals and has more than 20 years of experience in auditing. He also joins HCW as corporate finance partner.
These staff additions bring the total number of partners at Horwath Clark Whitehill to 71.
