M&C Ventures repositions as Cornerstone

Media and Communications Ventures Ltd (M&C Ventures) has rebranded and repositioned its business as Cornerstone Corporate Finance Ltd. Cornerstone is now an independent corporate finance boutique which focuses exclusively on advising management teams transacting deals with the private equity community. Cornerstone targets mid-market transactions with an enterprise value of between £50-300m operating across a wide range of industry sectors, with recent emphasis on the leisure, media, consumer and retail sectors.

A second initiative is the launch of the Cornerstone Private Equity Fund with Cornerstone principal David Lilley and Chris Collins, formerly of Cognetas. The fund is designed to help high-net-worth individuals, with a background in or around private equity, to gain collective access to quoted mid-market private equity vehicles, private equity funds and direct, proprietary equity investment opportunities.
