Cavendish Corporate Finance has made four new additions to its mergers and acquisitions team.
The advisory firm has appointed Kate Gribbon as associate director, David Harris as senior researcher, Victoria Clarke as executive and Nathan Harroch as analyst.
Gribbon joins from Deloitte Corporate Finance, leaving her role as assistant director after eight years with the firm. Deals she has worked on include the refinancing of cosmetics brand Illamasqua, the sale of HMV Group to Hilco and Living Bridge’s sale of Enotria Group to BlueGem Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Cavendish, Harris spent 15 years with PwC following stints at London Business School, Barings and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.
Clarke was previously a member of the team at Fidelity Worldwide Investments, while Harroch joins after graduating from Imperial College London with a master's in biomedical engineering.
To date, Cavendish has advised on seven transactions in 2015, including the sale of a 40% stake in digital marketing company MVF to Bridgepoint Development Capital.
