Close Brothers and Fleurets announce leisure joint venture
European corporate finance house Close Brothers and Fleurets, a business and property services provider to the leisure and hospitality industry, have announced a joint venture that will offer advisory services for corporate acquisitions and disposals in the leisure sector. The initiative will focus primarily on the pub market and has been created to cope with the increased demand for both corporate finance advice and specialist property services, such as valuations and landlord negotiations, from pub companies with property portfolios. Currently there is no adviser that can provide both of these services. Close Brothers and Fleurets have previously jointly advised companies including Pubmaster, McMullens, Youngs and Yates.
