FL Partners backs UK Yacht company Sunseeker
FL Partners has acquired a majority stake in UK luxury motor yacht manufacturer, Sunseeker International, as part of a deal that will see the company receive £25m in new investments.
This new capital will help bolster the company's efforts to expand its manufacturing facilities and broaden its product range.
Sunseeker's management also participated in this round of financing, alongside a number of UK and Irish investors.
The deal was supported by a long-term package from Macquarie Bank and Haymarket Financial.
