
Enterprise Ventures invests £8.7m in Trekmates
Enterprise Ventures has led an £8.7m funding round for Nottingham-based outdoor brand Trekmates.
The venture capital investor will take a minority stake in the firm, and the investment has been supported by debt funding from the Co-operative Bank.
Trekmates produces a range of outdoor clothing, with a focus on providing high quality items at affordable prices. It is led by former Games Workshop CEO Chris Prentice, chairman, and Jonathan Claydon, group sales director.
