Close Ventures closes VCT fund

Close Ventures has closed Close Enterprise VCT PLC with more than £10m in commitments. The fund will invest approximately 50% of its funds in lower risk, asset-based businesses, mainly within the leisure sector and related areas. The balance of the net funds will be invested in higher growth businesses across various sectors in the UK.
