ECI exits WCI Consulting

Private equity group ECI Partners has sold WCI Consulting to Indian technology firm TAKE Solutions.

The move represents a partial exit for ECI, which invested in the business' parent company, WCI Group, in 2002.

WCI Consulting is a patient safety and compliance adviser to the life sciences industry.
