Shackleton launches £25m fund
Shackleton Ventures Ltd has launched Shackleton Secondaries II LP fund (SSIILP) and from this has agreed to purchase 13 investments from 3i Group. A European fund-of-funds investor with more than EUR1.5bn under management is the cornerstone investor in the fund.
The 13 companies Shackleton has acquired from 3i are venture and development capital investments in a variety of industries.
